I would give them a minus 10 if I could, too. The customer service was absolutely terrible. For 18 days, they have been trying to repair my heater. They can't and they don't even apologize or feel bad about it. When I shared my concerns with their operations manager, Nick, he was rude and uninterested in figuring out a solution.
