I've worked with GSSC as a subcontractor for many years. I have always found them to be honest and reliable.
We recently upgraded our system through GSSC and were thrilled to have Stephen as our technician. Stephen set up our new system quickly and went above and beyond to work around our schedule. He walked us through all of the steps and having him as a technician made a huge difference in our experience. We can't say enough good things about Stephen, GSSC is lucky to have him work for their company!
First, you know a company is bad when the management has to post the few positive reviews. Second, I have had MANY issues with someone at the company changing settings in my system so that parts don’t work without any notice to me. I literally find out when someone is there trying to get in, but the codes won’t update even though it looks in the app like they had.
