Wyndhaven apartments really are not a good management property! I was evicted, but had financial assistance pay my past due rent, and would still not me stay. I asked to get sentimental property of my son that passed and they said NO! use to have security there and there is none! Hade 2 homeless people on our stairs! People digging through garbage. But they would not let me get my items Their office hours...I got movers to be be there at 545 they said they were closing at 445. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I also have that expierience, Monica is kinda... useless is an understatement. Well she "interpreted" the law for me when I pointed out the illegal clause under ORS90.245 in their add/remove resident form to coerce me to sign it to remove my child that moved out, you are forced to sign the same form when your child turns 18. And then if you live there and lets say they do t fix the stairs, you fall, injure yourself, means you have 0 claim, its illegal as this becomes part of your lease.
