Went in to have the keyboard on my Lenovo laptop replaced. Apparently there was an issue with the part but instead of letting me know, they tried anyway which led to the motherboard also needing replacement. Cool dude but would look elsewhere if you need laptop repairs Also several instances of nobody being in the shop during business hours
The service is outstanding. I brought in my laptop today to get assistance with something I could not figure out. The young gentleman was so kind and patient with me. He showed what to do step by step and gave me confidence when navigating technology. I strongly recommend this place. Excellent customer service
I'm a student right now, and some things I need my PC to be functioning properly and with ease. When it finally shut down after years of use, I was panicking to find a place to fix it in a timely manner. I'd never had to go to a shop to have it fixed before, and I was nervous to do so.
