If i was up to me I would give this company 0 stars. When I was purchasing my first home, he walked me through the inspection and the things i needed to keep an eye on. One of the biggest things he missed was the backyard wall. The wall was collapsing. He never wrote any type of notes about the wall or took any type of pictures of the wall for the inspection. I was purchasing a new home in Las Vegas contacted GSI via email to complete a home inspection on the house before purchase. I currently live in Dallas, TX. GSI responded with a quote and we agreed on the price and I gave them the address of the property to be inspected.
