We had an excellent renovation experience with Ben's company. We modified our stairs to the basement and installed a new staircase leading to the second floor. We worked with architect Berry Wang who worked seamlessly with Ben. After a couple of meetings we recieved a very detailed quote describing all work excluding electrical work. We loved working with Benjamin. He helped us though the removing of a wall and all the things you do not think about when you decide you want to expand a room. We had some hiccups but Benjamin did not stop until we were satisfied with the work and even worked with us on pivoting on a fix. If you are looking for someone you can connect to and values how you want things in the end, I highly recommend him. As a side note in all of our bids he was the best among those who provided official quotes and breakdown of the work.
