Always always get top shelf service and attention at GSI in Southampton! Ryan and Tom are exceptional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with! We’ve bought from them over the course of remodeling our bathroom and I think we qualify for our own parking space!! Items we purchased are the best quality and the delivery was also well done and reliable. We wish that all retailers would take some lessons from these guys and the store itself!! Thank you!

I want to say that Nancy Buehrle has been an amazing help, especially during this weird time of COVID. I contacted Nancy 2 weeks ago to help in selecting fixtures/accessories for our 2nd bathroom renovation. She helped with a master bath remodel a couple of years ago, and I came back again since the service level, value, and price competitiveness was unbeatable. Dealing with GSI was an extremely frustrating experience and I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I feel there is serious mismanagement. Ryan failed to timely communicate when my bath parts were received and shipped. There was a lot of unanswered emails and messages. When you spend thousands of dollars, you at least deserve a call back.You shouldn't have to beg. The delays ultimately set my project back several weeks.
