I had HVAC and AC replaced using GSHA. At that I went for premium 96% efficiency 2 stage furnace. I was happy with service and even recommended them to few friends. Question is, if you like their service, why 2 star, why now ? Two weeks back I upgraded my nest thermostat to 4th gen and found that they did not wire 2nd stage. Was never told about this .
