Edit: Most disappointing office in all of Toronto. The Dr. said he'd get back to me within two weeks. it has now been almost TWO MONTHS. I am in pain every day, the phones are never answered and the Dr. is dismissive. I have called countless times, to try and talk to the doctor but to no avail. I just want a surgery referral, why does this take 7 weeks when I was told it would be 2? I’m not one to leave negative reviews especially for health care related services. Wonderful experience!! The receptionist Melanie is super sweet and friendly. Dr Saman Razzaghi is very pleasant and knowledgable. He is a delight. He explained all sorts of things to me and was very thorough with an initial exam. He poked and pinched to test my pain levels. I did not feel rushed. I walked out feeling like a human pin cushion, but today I feel no pain. Thank you Dr Razzaghi! I look forward to my next visit.
if you enjoy medical attention this is definitely not the place for you. I have tried calling multiple times at different points in the day which have all ended in getting sent to voicemail. I understand if you guys are on a lunch break but I'm pretty sure that the receptionist could care less about their job. I wish I could talk about the doctors but if I can't even get into contact with them I'm just going to assume the worst due to the poor standards that the receptionist has given me.
