I visit on a weekly-biweekky basis. The team is extremely kind and welcoming. The Dr is empathetic and very efficient in their treatment. I feel very comfortable every visit and the treatment itself is very relieving. They are quite quick to get you in and out for appointments. I enjoy coming here very much!
I have been going to see Dr Spears for pain management and migraine management for almost a year now. He is truly the most kind and empathetic. He really listens to his patients and provides the best route for treatment and back up plans and extra options. Not to mention: the nurses and receptionists Maria, Pam, and Shivani are all so kind and warm. I look forward to seeing them all every week - they truly brighten my day. 🩷
Thank you to Dr. Chang for the excellent care for my family over the years, as well as to Maria and all staff for the wonderful experience. My son has also been to GSH's King St. location and had a positive experience there as well. Just updating my review to say thank you. :)
Edit: Most disappointing office in all of Toronto. The Dr. said he'd get back to me within two weeks. it has now been almost TWO MONTHS. I am in pain every day, the phones are never answered and the Dr. is dismissive. I have called countless times, to try and talk to the doctor but to no avail. I just want a surgery referral, why does this take 7 weeks when I was told it would be 2? I’m not one to leave negative reviews especially for health care related services.
