I was treated wonderful when I went to pick up my walker! I'm giving 3 stars because, unless I was given incorrect information this store has closed down.rear wheels are peeling apart and I seriously need replacement wheels. I called this place, just in case they were still open. As I said they treated me with total respect and made me feel that I was important to them. So I would definitely prefer to patronize them. Adapt Health purchased GSH Wellspan Durable Medical Equipment in early June according to my understanding. An order for a DME was submitted by my PCP. My doctor's office had not heard back from Adapt Health so they recommended calling their local office and gave me the national number too in case I had no success locally. Spoke with Jennifer on Tuesdsay July 1st early in the morning. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am younger so I guess I shouldn’t have a disability right? I felt like I was being toyed with after my insurance was giving me trouble which I fixed immediately. Then I went back for the second time just to be told to go somewhere else! I called the place they recommended for me and all I was given was a statement that they don’t fulfill my type of medical order!!!!
