This is by far the worst property management company I have ever come across. Before trusting this company with your home or property and certainly before renting a property managed by them, do your research and look at all of the horrendous reviews that are out there about this property management company and its owner. The photographs attached show the filthy conditions in which tenants are expected to live.

Warning!! Stay away from this company in fact run if you see the name! The owner, Courtney will scam you, rip you off, lie to you, cheat to you, and worst of all give you an absolutely disgustingly filthy rental. Before dealing with this company please go and see all of the reviews on yelp. Unlike the Google reviews this company are unable to remove the Yelp reviews! PLEASE NEVER RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! Cortney Gill will rip you off! First moving in, we got our keys late. Then had to spend 2 days cleaning! It was absolutely disgusting: hair stuck on the walls, food and glass on the kitchen floor, dirty toilets, very dirty air filter, screws and nails on the floor (we have kids) and carpets and hard floors were disgusting!
