This is a terrible company. I worked for a company that used GSG for IT. When they set up my work computer, I purchased a personal desk-top from GSG and had them set it up to be compatible with work. After I left the company, I contacted GSG to get them to remove me from the company's domain, along with a couple of other issues. They told me that it would take approximately 2 to 3 hours, and that I would need to provide a credit card number and pay up front. Stay away from this place... Took my computer in and described the problems. They cleaned it and "serviced" it and charged me $40.00. Got It home and still didn't work. took it back and they charged me another $130.00. After I got it home it was running worse than before, and they didn't seem to care. Then they started talking another $245.00. I talked to Microsoft and they said they could fix it on line for $99.00, or service it for an entire year for $149.00.

Computer wouldn't turn on, they resolve issue HOWEVER - they lied about one of the issues - they claimed that I had a bad power supply (which was a high end Antec, cost over $100) I knew this wasn't the issue, as I had already tested the power supply. I asked to see it. The owner said they threw it away, he brings out a trash can to show me it, which I'm guessing he just dropped it in, I pull it out, there is a post-it stuck to it that says "SELL AS NEW". Saved ALL my stuff! – My computer starting making this clicking sound, so I called their office. The guy who answered the phone told me to stop trying to turn it on and to bring it in immediately, as the hard drive was most likely dead. When I took my computer in, they not only explained what the clicking noise was but also asked if I had a backup of my stuff, like pictures, documents. Mislead me and charged me even though no work was done.... – I needed some pretty simple work done and asked for them to recommend any other services needed to my desktop. They told me that it would be no problem and that I could get it done in a day or two. 4 days after I dropped it off I called for a status and they had done nothing but open the hardware that I supplied.
