This place doesn't do its job. I heard some people bought a place, and this place was their lawyer and didn't even bother to do their responsibility of reviewing the condo corporation lien or requestion package on the closing day. Because of them, they paid lots of fines and penalties.
I called to book an appointment for notarizing my paperwork and the woman who answered was so professional and nice. Place was very easy to find, customer parking was free.
