Working with GSA Property Management has been nothing short of excellent. From a service provider’s perspective, their professionalism, organization, and approachable nature stands out. Their clear communication and efficient handling of every detail make collaboration seamless, and even enjoyable.
Not too happy with the management lately. The fees increase but the services and communication have gone way down. Renovation of the outside of units started years ago but it has completely stopped but no details on why. We pay more each year but only half the complex is done. The complex next door was done all together and looks great. We are the eyesore of the neighborhood.
As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better property manager (Matthew). From day one, he has have been incredibly quick to reply to every email, no matter how small my questions or concerns were. His responsiveness is truly outstanding even when it comes recommending services that don’t affect him or fall under his responsibilities. GSA has been offering professional service on condo management, finance, condo maintenance and support to the residents in a timely manner every day. Their service level is always high for all these years. As a long term resident in our complex, I know that I can be worry free because I know that GSA service is always available to me whenever I need.
We moved into a condo managed by GSA eight years ago and have found that whenever we had a problem Matthew dealt with it immediately and efficiently. As this is an older building, it needs more care and, from what I've seen, his excellent working knowledge has enabled him to manage our financial resources to stay on top of maintenance and upgrades.
