Consistently efficient management by GSA of all aspects of our condominium over the past several years. All required repairs and other problems handled and resolved to our entire satisfaction by knowledgeable staff. Monthly financial and other reporting/ administrative matters invariably handled promptly when due by the GSA office team. No problem whatsoever in recommending GSA to any condominium considering a change of property manager.
For the past 10 years GSA property management has always been very quick to answer my emails regarding any issues within my townhouse unit. Usually within a day there is a contractor on site to resolve my specific issue whether it be garage door, water shutoff valves or window well issues. Never had an issue getting prompt service. Thank you GSA team for all your hard work.
My garage door spring broke. CGA responded within an hour, and the door was fixed the same day. The technician even went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent service!
