GSA has been offering professional service on condo management, finance, condo maintenance and support to the residents in a timely manner every day. Their service level is always high for all these years. As a long term resident in our complex, I know that I can be worry free because I know that GSA service is always available to me whenever I need.
We moved into a condo managed by GSA eight years ago and have found that whenever we had a problem Matthew dealt with it immediately and efficiently. As this is an older building, it needs more care and, from what I've seen, his excellent working knowledge has enabled him to manage our financial resources to stay on top of maintenance and upgrades. I moved into my unit two years ago and inherited an ongoing leakage issue that the previous property management had failed to resolve. Fortunately, during the transition to GSA property management, they took full ownership of the problem. I was impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout the process. genuinely an awful company. ableist and does not communicate properly. It is not people friendly and they truly only care about money.
I had a raccoon problem in my attic and contacted Matthew from our property management company. He got back to me right away, and within 45 minutes, the pest control team was at my place, resolving the issue. Excellent response and fast service!
