I've been trying to speak to someone who could help me since October. That was three months ago. I reported a transaction I didn't recognize and they told me I'll receive a new credit card in a few weeks. I never received the card and in the meantime I can't access any of the sites/accounts. Everything locked me out and nobody is able to help me gain access.
The worst. No one answers the phone. The employees return calls from different numbers while out shopping. Just Ghetto.
They do not even answer the telephone. You are directed to a recording and you better pray they return your call.
The level of incompetency with customers, customer service is unimaginable
