Bought a brand new Exmark Lazer Z from them. It was sitting on the showroom floor on sale for 11,500. I took two pictures of it to send to a friend! Now I have to put money into 2 pieces of equipment, that I was told was good to go and ready to mow..... the said they go over them with a fine tooth comb..... well how you miss both having no oil , fuel lines dry rotted , walk behind won't start , not getting fuel... and the fuel filter as soon as I grabbed it crumbled in my hand..... When I called and talked to Joe about it he said that wasn't part of the inspection
Listen to This! I bought what I thought was a 2018 Bad Boy Outlaw. Say's so on the contract and financing. Bad Boy mowers told me I was sold a 2012 model. 6 years difference. I called and the said they make up dates for financing. That's right...Crooks! They sounded upset with me and I was the victim. I will report to finance the company about their fraudulent practices. ***.

***** bought a used Bad Boy zero turn mower. We dont advertise any years because on some brands they dont put them on the mowers. Some manufactures make it very difficult to find that information. We never advertised what year this mower was. When we went to get the customer financed they ask for a year. Again this information is not always available and we have to make our best educated guess on year. We tried to explain this to the customer but he didnt care. Bought used mower over $2000 and it had a bad radiator and of course warranty didn't cover it. Also cracked frame and a few other major problems. Never buy used from them. Total rip off!
GSA Equipment is a very bad place to do buisiness with I have spent $4000.00 on a mower with them and I still have not used it do to it is a faulty mower. They have no customer service other than to tell you that you purchased the mower as is. This place will rip you off and the community of Barberton allows this. It has come to get legal people involved and take them to court.

***** bought a used mower that he was aware was sold as is. He decided against getting the warranty and it threw a belt. He brought the mower back in and we found out it needed a pulley and we got it ordered within a day or two of it being at our store even though we are 3 weeks back in service. John deere had the parts on back order for about a week or a week and a half. Nice people. They did a decent job repairing my generator, but charged me $285 for a $100 part. Went ahead and did the work without providing an estimate. Not sure I will go back.
