I have never been so disappointed and screwed over with any situation let alone a real estate agent. This was going to be my second house buying process. Absolutely unprofessional. Jay represented buyers for my home. Didn't explain their disclosure to them at all - they were first time buyers who didn't even know they needed a down payment based on their lender. After submitting an offer and earnest deposit, they were finally given the scoop on what was expected of them and they backed out. Horrible lack of contact with my realtor - took days for them to even submit paperwork that they were backing out, leaving me in the lurch for showing my home to new prospective buyers.
