I was desperatly looking for a repair tech that traveles because I can't move my trailer. Elisabeth, the General Manager, was not only very friendly but also very accommodating by presenting me a list of corresponding addresses. She helped me big. time - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
FANTASTIC communication and customer service. Terry in service really takes care of his customers and treats your trailer like it’s his own. Very grateful to have found them and will definitely be using them for all future service and upgrades.
These folks went waay out of their way to get me back in my travel trailer! I had an unusual warranty issue and I live in my trailer. The repair was done while I was out of town, but they would normally be closed when I came back to pick it up. But the repairman was there to explain everything there to me and to get me right back into my "home". I also needed a small part, and, voila! There it was, in their beautiful, well-equipped storefront. And check out their selection of electric bikes!
