They were to order parts and come back. This literally has been going on since June 1st says they are coming then don’t show up.
Gary and employees came the same day that I contacted them. They replaced the safety eyes on my garage door opener and it works great! I will definitely call this company again if I have other problems with the garage door.
Owner was prompt and courteous. Wife said the repair was done in around 15 minutes. They adjusted the chain tension according to tech. No parts required. Cost $300 for a minor service. That’s 60% of my weekly 40 hr. income. We will shop elsewhere next time. That’s $1200 an hour rate.
