Our experience with Juan and GS custom remodelers has been a great experience. Juan and his crew are very professional, arrive on time and get the job done. We had exterior and interior work this included painting, light fixture replacement, complete removal of masonry brick entryway and new brick to our home, wood trim, new shutters, remodel of kitchen wall with new subway tiles and floating shelves. Quality work and Juan and his team are extremely efficient. Great job every time!

Juan Sanchez, doesn’t pull proper permits and also does not do things up to code in the state of Virginia. I would not trust them to do any work. Sadly we have to deal with this and my mother is in a wheelchair Steer clear very shady people

Used this company again for replacing our carpet upstairs with wood floors. Get pricing and the job was done on time. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is great! If you are looking to get some renovations done to your home, I highly recommend inquiring about this company. So far they have not disappointed us with any of the services we used them for.

I was referred to GS Custom Remodelers via Next Door last spring. I am a licensed home based cake designer and I was looking for a general contractor to build out around 180 sq. ft of unfinished space in my basement into my cake studio. After the cold snap, my water pipe froze! It was due to lack of insulation in the lower level space where the water enters the house. GS Custom Remodelers LLC gave me a fair quote for either paper insulation or the spray foam. Juan also explained to me that the spray foam is basically a forever product when the paper is not. I opted for the spray foam and was very pleased at how clean, quick and efficient the crew was. The job was done within 48 hours of my request!
