One star only because I can't say zero. Do yourself a huge favour and get your products elsewhere. I ordered online. They sent it to be held at a Canada Post location no where near where I live. Attempts to contact them through email were met with no result, I even tried Facebook with a message. Nothing. I haven't been in one of their stores for years because the last time the service there was so bad I vowed never to go back. Silly of me to think that online anything would be any better. Trade secret mis shipped my order and missing a product. Taking over a week now for response and solution
Horrible customer service department. I ordered a hair dryer, My account was charged. Did not receive any notification that my area was received. I had to send three emails inquiring the status. I finally received a very short response telling me my item had been shipped. I have reached out three times now inquiring what method of shipping periods still no return email. I will try calling in the morning. Fast to take your money, they do not want to reply to you.

Customer sevice is non-existent with GS beauty. Tried reaching out several times regarding a return via phone and email as per the instructions on their website, received one generic response and no follow up. Better off purchasing same products on Amazon for a fraction of the price and proper customer service.
