BEWARE!!! I would give zero stars if possible. From my experience Ghilda Fries (G&S owner) is extremely divisive and discourages cooperation between owners. She spreads discord among our community to deflect from the pertinent financial questions asked of her company. Our community just wanted to know exactly how our monthly fees were spent, and specifically a $193,000 loan took out on behalf of our community to fix some decks.
