I can't recommend Griphon Air Repair enough !! I needed a new air conditioner a.s.a.p, and after calling several "major" companies who are beyond over priced and I felt like I was nothing but a cash number to them. Thank goodness I found Gryphon Air Repair! How refreshing!!! Amazing customer service from beginning to end, and I was amazed at how affordable they actually were! I was able to call Gryphon Air and they would pick up EVERY time before my unit was installed. I have since tried to call them a handful of times and my calls are ignored. Coincidence? Maybe.... I'll update this when I get ahold of them. But now - I was promised I would have a much more efficient unit than my 14 year old one. My electricity bill has not gone down AT ALL.
