Terrible customer service, just to get an estimate.. scheduled twice, re scheduled, no show.. phone call 1 hr later... if this is how they operate a business do yourself a favor and move on... no way.. there is someone better, I deserve better
Mike does not communicate. Doesn't tell you when he is leaving or will be back. He was at LEAST an hour to 3 hours late every single time.
