Gruwell just finished our roof and we are extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond by replacing poorly installed plywood, repairing damaged chimney flashing, and repairing a broken rafter in our attic. The lead roofer texted me progress pictures throughout the project so that i knew exactly what repairs they made. We got quotes from 4 roofing companies and these guys were not the lowest, but the best value because they use better materials (malarkey shingle - made in Oregon) and install a ridge vent. In November Gruwell Roofing replaced the roof on my house converting to a ridge vent and adding soffit intake vents as needed. Erin and his crew kept me up to date on all issues they encountered as they did the necessary work such as pointing out the deteriorated flashing around my chimney and inquiring about a roof fan that no longer was needed.
