I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Mary Gruss. Rather than providing an independent and unbiased assessment, she seemed adversarial throughout the process. Instead of listening and evaluating fairly, she appeared dismissive and unwilling to consider all aspects of my situation. Veterans deserve fair and impartial evaluations, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend her services for anyone seeking an objective and professional medical review.
