Only the best When we were looking for a pediatric group for our first child Milford Pediatric stood out as the most cleanly, cheeful, and professional office. We immediately fell in love with the office support staff and do not think a more kind, gentle, funny, and knowledgeble doctor exists beyond Dr. Howard Sadinsky. We highly recommend this office and especially this doctor.
DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I heard of Milford Pediatric through a friend. I am so happy with this group I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Jeff Gruskay and Dr. Sadinsky are my favorites, but everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the waits can be ridiculous, but they are apologetic about that and the way I look at it, they are well worth the wait. Milford Pediatric gets five stars in my book, and if there were more stars they'd get those too. I'd highly, highly recommend Milford Pediatrics to everyone.
Doctors your kids will actually like! There is sometimes a long wait for appointments, especially for the summer camp and sports physicals in the spring, but everyone is really nice. There are male and female doctors and nurses so the older kids won't be embarrassed. The doctors and nurses are all very good. Dr. Jeff is the best. He knows how to take things seriously when need be, but also how to allay fears when they are unwarranted. Great Office We have been going to Milford Pediatric Group for 9 years, my girls see the Nurse Practitioner Richard Edwards. We are very confident in the care they have received from him. He is wonderful with them. We have seen all of the providers there from time to time and have liked them all. The staff is wonderful there, I realize they are quite busy and still they take the time to make the girls feel good about being there. I would highly recommend this practice of wonderful providers to everyone!
OUTSTANDING! I have been going to Milford Pediatric with my two children for years! I do not believe that the staff is rude, I have never had a problem with them and they have always been kind and respectful. There was one time that I needed a physical for my sons sports team and the front desk went above and beyond to fit me that week when they didn't have to. Dr. Jeff is the best! We are new to CT and needed a pediatrician for our son. I heard of Dr. Jeff Gruskay through a local mom and he really is awesome. He is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. He is great with kids - joking around and being silly. He gives vaccines shots and does it so quickly that it leaves no time for fussing. millie I had a situation with my son's insurance. They did not want to pay for his meds. When i discussed this with the nurse who handles this....she was AWESOME! She did everything in her power to contact the insurance directly gave them all the info they needed to approve payment of meds....it must've taken all morning but it was done. Infact, i was able to get his meds that very day with the insurance (even though the had a 24 hour grace period). I dont know what the nurse did but she performed a miracle! Very bad service Best doctors, very-very poor service staff. Staff has been very rude many times but the last straw was today when I called to schedule sick visit. My son has been sick with high fever since Wedensday, we were told it was a virus and he might have a fever for several days. On Saturday night fever broke and we thought he was finally getting better, but late Sunday morning the fever came back, he was having difficult time breathing.
