I came in to adjust a Seiko watch band I’ve had for a while. This was my first time in and the team was friendly and greeted me at the door. Belle was able to take care of me and the whole process was painless! During my conversation with Belle it was also realized they could replace the battery for another watch I had. A very productive visit. I’ll definitely be bringing my future jewelry needs back to Gruno’s.

I came in last minute for a watch adjustment and Belle was amazing! I mentioned that my wedding was the next day and that the watch was a gift from my fiancée. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Not only did she take care of the adjustment right away, but she was personable and even showed me how to set and adjust the watch myself. This is the first nice watch I’ve ever owned, and the experience here made it even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back, can’t recommend this place enough!
