Horrible person. WOMEN STAY AWAY. He will walk into your apartment without permission whenever he pleases.
Although I have only lived in a unit that Kevin owns for a year, in that year Kevin has fixed windows, a bathroom sink, the dryer, some switches above the stove, the heating unit in the stove, and re-caulked my tub. The apartment did need some work, but Kevin got everything fixed within the first week of my lease agreement. He has never reached out to me inappropriately, never tried to come into my apartment without my consent and the 24 hour notice, and never given me "creepy" vibes.
