The best service, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable and I always get the item I am looking for (sometimes with help) and more. My go to store.
I tried this store again and quickly remembered why I stopped going. The customer service is consistently poor—no greeting or help when you walk in, which makes it feel unwelcoming. The store is also disorganized and hard to shop.
Purchased several Regal hot air solar balloons from (Jennifer.. I think her name) always there, always extremely helpful and always above and beyond… Thank you!
The staff is very helpful when you walk in the door, they walk you to the aisle and find you the things you need and make recommendations. I can get in and out quicker than home depot
Fantastic Customer service, I shop here before home depot. Better prices, and about everything you probably will need for self repairs or cleaners and associated products. Always get a helping hand and assistance offered every visit just like the old days,glad that this still exists, Folks here are very knowledgeable in all areas.👍👍really makes a project easier.
