I have going to Grundy dental in Lucknow for approximately 5 years. They staff are very friendly and yet professional. Always had prompt service from regular check ups to urgent appointments. The office is clean and appealing. As for costs, it's expensive no matter where you go but Grundy has the best prices according to my homework. My Mom, Step Dad, and I have been coming here for a while now. The staff is amazing and super friendly. I have the worst panic issues when it comes to the dentist, and they are always so amazing with it. Always reassuring me what they are and aren't doing. Talking me through things. They know me so well now that they know that I'm gonna have to be referred to their sister office in Hanover for sedation dentist work. I highly recommend going here. They will work with your anxiety and support you in any way needed!
Have had decent experiences however today spoke to the rudest lady. We called 4 days in advance to cancel and they said it was sent and canceled. When I explained that, the lady was snippy, said fine I'll remove it and hung up on me. I'm sorry that the employee didn't do their job but it it was not my fault
Friendly staff Very professional Clean
This was the most expensive dental practice I’ve ever seen. The work was sloppy. My teeth feel dirty all the time because of the sloppy work. I have to wonder with the poor work, and the speed at which it was done , did I even need fillings at all. Very disappointed and will never return. I had insurance but they didn’t do a predetermination so it cost me a fortune as my insurance what at its limit.
