Had great customer service from them for a couple years. However, back in November 2020 I paid to have water put in on my new property. Here it is, May 2021, and the service has still not been put in. I have called several times and they tell me "We'll get to it when we get to it". Say what?!? You were happy to take my $1200 but can't be bothered to put the service in? Completely unacceptable!
