Terrible company to work for.
Poor management and leadership. Who are only concerned with unrealistic profits margins which in part are to blame with a greedy corporate group which owns Grunau. 90% of the project managers are project watchers, who only care about the dollar amount not the concern of the customer and overcharging them for the work being performed. Work has been seen, performed in an unsafe manner consistently, and not using the correct tools and equipment to perform the job in a productive and safe manner when no one is watching.
