We broke down in my 36 foot motor home 45 miles east of Grumpiest, due to the good reviews we got towed to his shop arrived about 230 pm he took a look at it discovered it needed a new water pump. It was installed 10000 miles ago by Cummins and the pressed on pulley that flew off and of course you can’t just buy a pulley you got to buy the whole pump on m.y ISBCummins the third one in 40000 miles which pisses me off. We were traveling east returning from a cross country trip when our 10 year old F-350 diesel truck would not start after an overnight stop. I called Grumpy's and spoke with JR, who came out to where we were. After a bit, we were able to get it started and drove to his shop. He ran some diagnostics on the truck, and discovered a number of major issues. The engine oil cooler was bad, high pressure oil pump bad, diesel fuel getting into the coolant, and others.
