The process to set up an appointment went well. Afterwards they were very unprofessional. I pasted a text that I've sent them because I couldn't get ahold of anyone. The text covers what happened. "Our appointment was set for today at 4:45pm. The Handyman arrived unannounced (no call, no text) at 3:00pm. My wife and I work. The babysitter was home alone with our child. We did a complete master bath renovation. They did a "good" job. A few discrepancies in special tile areas. Maybe the special tile areas/ cuts were out of there abilities? They redid them once and were better but not totally clean cut edges and professional. Very very messy... could have, should have had barriers up like plastic to minimize dust spreading. Our entire house was layered with thick dust. Plus they were in/out of front door alot and would leave he door open. (AC on) They did there cutting just outside the front ... read more
