Came here because many doctor offices are not accepting new patients. I got a virtual appointment for 9 am only to be in the virtual waiting room for 2 hours! Wasn’t seen until 11:16 am. When I called back for questions regarding my medication,Sarah, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude with me she even made a noise as if my questions are ridiculous. She lacks decorum each time I call. I called asking about my meds since they are not working and no one called me back. Extremely frustrating.

No son muy competentes, tanto el doctor como las recepcionistas te dejan colgado en el teléfono, te llaman para darte resultados de tus estudios y ni te los dan ni el doctor sabe ni para que llamas porque ni siquiera se toma la molestia de investigar tu expediente para saber por lo menos que te va a decir y ni las chicas sirven para más o menos orientar al doctor al respecto, pero si están muy buenos para cobrar. Deberían dedicarse a otra cosa tal vez ahí si sepan a que se dedican.
