staff is Very Rude think they have more power than the doctors themselves, denying prescription refills when the doctor had already approved them! they give you attitude the doctors are very nice. Don't Recommend This Place.

Say they will call at certain time they call hour early say you can call back but don’t answer and then write you as a no show

These people are the worst. Don’t know what they are doing. Front office staff think they have more power than the doctors themselves, denying prescription refills when the doctor had already approved them! You ask a question and they give you major attitude. Appointments don’t make a difference, you still wait hours to be seen. Shame since the doctors themselves are very nice. There should be an option for zero stars.

I called trying make appointment was placed in hold then told i had too change my pcp. I have been there before and the pcp had been changed for me with a simple phone call. I feel some places and some people are willing too go extra and others are not. The girl told me she couldn't do that because she had patients am i not a patient or potential patient, yet she had the time too try and ARGUE with me. They take way too long. My appointment was at 9. I got here at 830. It’s now 10 and still haven’t been seen. Don’t waste your time even making an appointment. You still wait as long as the walk ins. The doctors are really nice though. Will be looking for another clinic to go to.
