Salesman Austin was amazing, service department is by far the best in the state. Only downside is they work by appt only, but none the less they are the best. On top of all that they support first responders and our military.
Rode into Gruene HD yesterday morning for my 10,000 mile service. Got in line bright and early as Saturday is 1st come, 1st served. Was greeted and welcomed by the service staff, served coffee and made to feel welcome. Got my service performed and left by about 1:30pm. I am glad I bought my new bike here and I am proud to have it serviced here! Great People, great dealership, and the best product! Harley-Davidson mototrycles!

Moved back to SA two years ago and shopped LOCAL Harley Dealers to service my '15 FATBOY LO and PICKED GRUENE HARLEY DAVIDSON because of their FRIENDLY SERVICE DEPT. I can't say enough about their FRIENDLY, PATIENCE and KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, but I gladly ride an hour away just for routine service at Gruene Harley and I believe that says more. Keep up the great work.
