At the practice of Drs. Terry Gruelle and Jerrod Dempsey, we believe that orthodontics should be a fun and rewarding experience. We've designed our five offices in Florence and Fort Thomas in northern Kentucky, and Montgomery, Springdale and Anderson in Cincinnati, around our patients. We offer several different treatment options and strive to make our patients and their families feel at home and welcome each time they visit our office.

We couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Gruelle and team. Working as a dental hygienist for over 15 years I thought my husband’s only option was surgery. After chipping his front tooth and fillings not staying a colleague suggested a consult with Dr. Gruelle. We were able to do a virtual consult with Grace and she answered all our questions and walk us through the process seemlessly. We absolutely love Dr. Dempsey and his office team. They all have gone out of there way to help with all my children with there braces and even after they were finished they continue to support us with any corrective help that they might need with there teeth. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!!!
Dr Dempsey, Sara Z, and the entire staff are fantastic. My oldest daughter is an Invisalign patient and we felt the early intervention made a huge difference. They are wonderful!
