At the practice of Drs. Terry Gruelle and Jerrod Dempsey, we believe that orthodontics should be a fun and rewarding experience. We've designed our five offices in Florence and Fort Thomas in northern Kentucky, and Montgomery, Springdale and Anderson in Cincinnati, around our patients. We offer several different treatment options and strive to make our patients and their families feel at home and welcome each time they visit our office.

If you’re thinking about Invisalign, I can’t recommend Dr. Gruelle at Gruelle Dempsey Orthodontics enough. He is knowledgeable and makes everything easy to understand. Had my today 8/6/2025 at the Ft. Thomas office with Kacie. She was knowledgeable, professional, gentle during my transition to my next phrase and answering my questions. Dr. Gruelle was his usual very nice and caring self. I am so happy I selected Gruelle Orthodontists for my Invislign journey to beautiful teeth. Thank You
Sara and Dr. Dempsey were great to work with. They discussed the whole process with myself and my son for his braces journey and eased his anxiousness. Sara had all of our information for insurance and billing prepared for us at the appointment, so there wouldn't be any extra phone calls or stress for us. I am truly grateful she went the extra mile to have all the information for us. My son is excited for his braces journey and we are happy to have Dr. Dempsey and Sara assisting us the whole way!

After seeing an encouraging update about underbites on social media, I contacted the office and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they accommodated my child. Sara, the office coordinator, efficiently scheduled the first phase within the same month. Dr. Dempsey was incredibly gentle and took the time to address all our questions with care. So far, the communication throughout this ortho journey has been fantastic, and I couldn't be happier!
