Pricing went from $300 to $1,900 for out of pocket expenses. I called my insurance company and they strongly recommended I find a new provider. We missed 2 appointments for our 5 year old as well which I completely understand is unacceptable. The receptionist literally yelled at my wife though, no exaggeration. My wife was practically in tears. We went in the next day and handed them $100 cash for the inconvenience and was scolded a second time. Horrible customer service.
Great staff and dentist. ZERO pain. this being my first time at this facility, i am extremely pleased. I am hooked. Thanks again for getting me in when others couldn't. Appreciated
I have been going to these guys since the 80s back when they were in the bank, next to Mc Ds. Have seen all 3 now. Great people.
My husband came home with a beautiful smile, no pain and just wonderful things to say. With all the work that was done, careful consideration along the way, we found it was the best choice going to this dental office. The office greets you with a smile, down to earth, the assistants were very nice and the dentist checks his work to be spot on and it's very clean. Thanks for all you did! It really is a nice way to start the weekend with my husband so happy. Time for try them out at the Ribs on the River.

Dr. Kostal is the absolute BEST dentist that I have ever had. I used to go to him when I was just a child and just recently started going to him again. He's just as nice and good as I remember him being as a kid. He's extremely friendly and to be around him is like being around family. His staff is so friendly as well. I never thought I would say that I actually enjoy going to the dentist but I do. I had a cleaning last week and she had me laughing through the whole thing. Thank you Dr Kostal.
