I purchased a a Volvo XC90 the most unprofessional unreliable dealership with terrible customer service poor Salesman Jerry Snyder dishonest rude not a reputable guy. The vehicle had engine problems upon purchase and many other issues, he was unwilling to make right upon purchase. I do not recommend Grubbs’s Volvo use another dealership like Sewell instead. I had been a Grubbs Infiniti fan for years superb service purchased 6 and no complaints or issues just great service. Volvo however is subpar.
