Great work and customer service at Grubbs Volvo. I highly recommend Zafar Vakani as a Service Advisor. He goes above and beyond to help his customers.
My service advisor greeted me at my car and he was great. The service technician sent a video of things he recommended me to fix. I had my grandson with me and sales representatives were stopped to talk to him and asked if he needed anything. I drove 37 miles and this was one of my best experiences dealing with a car dealership.
Apparently they had my negative review removed from 3 years ago. But the fact that I'm still checking back should explain how poorly of an experience I had.
We recently purchased a 2025 XC40 B5 from Toby. He gave us excellent professional service! The Grubbs dealership is fortunate to have him.
Zafar is amazing. He was very professional and got things accomplished. He is a great, we see him every time I need help with my Volvo.
