I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2025 XC90 from my salesperson, Matt Pluta, and the sales manager, Jerry Snyder! Both I remembered from previous car shopping at Grubbs. They were able to work a deal that was advantageous and put me in a much nicer vehicle than I anticipated. I just purchased a vehicle last night. Im so impressed with the management staff, they were dealing with a VERY RUDE FAMILY, shocked someone would make a scene like that on the showroom and after acknowledging they made mistake, not the dealer. Anyways, great experience and very easy to work with. Transparent and didnt have to do the back and fourth dance that I hate. If you want to save TIME, i highly recommend Grubbs Volvo Grapevine. Alex, you have a Great Staff, it was a pleasure meeting you!!
They sold us a car, absolutely assuring us and swearing up and down (in videos, texts, and emails) that it had certain features. On our drive home from the dealership, we realized those features were not in fact there and drove it right back. Now they don’t care at all, and are unwilling to give us our money back. Extremely deceitful and fraudulent dealership.
