I wish I could give Zero stars, because I am genuinely writing this review in tears. This dealership has treated me like absolute trash and has completely ruined my first car-buying experience. One week after I bought my car, they threatened to repossess it when I refused to accept a payment that was much higher than what we agreed on. That alone should have been my sign to run. My service advisor serve wholeheartedly
Took our XC60 in for oil change. Shannon advised me of scheduled maintenance due at this milage. Explained service in detail and answered questions about a noise wife had about the vehicle. Gave an ETA of 5pm for vehicle to be ready and it was. Got a rain check for detail cleaning since I needed to head back to Abilene. Enjoyed the loaner vehicle so we could go shop while service was done.
