The Service Writer, Kimberly is the worst that I have every spoke with. The start of the process appeared to be smooth as I had my son and wife drop off my Nissan Titan. I had a detailed list that my son gave to Kimberly. Only 3 of the six items were addressed and she cleverly added a brake flush at over $200.00 in and the vehicle has just over 32,000 miles!
