GM on duty was Jake. Can't say enough how AMAZING the customer service was! And I'm talking from EVERY SINGLE staff member. The lady who took our order even came out to verify my sister in laws Burger was rare enough for her! Can't recommend enough! Go experience burgers and sandwiches done right at GRUB!
Heaven on Earth Come here with my parents after a gym session. The burgers are IMMACULATE (Medium Rare is actually Medium Rare!), the bartenders are friendly, the place is clean, beers are great (I don't drink soda so IDK on them). Worth every $
Siting at bar I saw the cook pick up my burger without gloves to remove pickles and put back. I asked the bartender which IPA had citrus and he said Blue Moon ( not an IPA ). The manager was kind enough to apologize for the burger handling and the bartender not knowing us ok but he has to say so, not give an irrelevant response. My kids say I’m too critical and shouldn’t put in a review. I say we have substituted competence, effort and knowledge with niceness. The manager here is great. Food is great! I work across the street and am here about 3-4 times a week. Variety of food, and great conversation with the manager. Love love love!
Simple Maverick burger pickup order...left off the blue cheese and spinach. Would complain directly but you have to assume they aren't very bright if they are working at grub burger. Maybe they didn't like the tip?
