They replaced a water meter to my apartment incorrectly and caused a slab leak and a leak at the meter. They are refusing fault and state I'm responsible for the thousand dollar water bill.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible pricing and horrible customer service. They do not care about you one bit they just know you don’t have another option.

Chris is an excellent GRU CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE HELPER. He really helped answer all my new acct questions! P.s. SUGGESTED CHANGE> What I wish GRU could change is the #1-5 voice machine system to include a direct customer service option #. CONNECTION OPTION- residential > customer service! Warm body customer service is better way to help GRU customers quickly.

If you are planning to transfer services with this company, don’t. The customer service lady was kind enough but I had just moved into a new unit called a week prior to make sure everything was prepared and transferred, was told it would be a 200 dollar transfer fee and was told I’d see it on my next bill. The time came and went and I never saw the bill, was told I had a credit on my account and that covered the bill.
