This company is predatory and a scam. I recently moved out of my house and needed to put my utilities account into the name of someone else living there. I called GRU and after waiting on hold for over an hour before finally speaking with a representative, they let me know that I needed to first shut down my account before someone else could start their own account. Didn’t send me a bill for 3 months. I called everyday. They told me billing dept is short on help. Not my fault and don’t care. When I got my bill it was $2700 😳. GRU are scammers
