A lot of people who claim that show you is expensive don’t realize that we’re paying for a lot more than electricity. The service I’ve had following disasters has been outstanding. Blackouts are very very rare. And the price per kilowatt hour is just a tiny bit more expensive than neighboring utilities.
Joe was so awesome! We are in the process of buying our first home and our first phone call was not the best customer service wise and left us with more questions than answers. They have been holding my security deposit hostage for almost 9 years. My bill is always paid in full. Not once disconnected. I pay late but its my business to pay a late fee not theirs. I am also owed several months of interest for the security deposit that has not been paid. I pay my bill or they disconnect. However, when they owe you its take my time to resolve!
