Called and left a message because my water suddenly went off. Someone called back but, had no answers. Why? The water is back but, GRU still is one of the worst utilities in Gainesville.
I’ve actually had pretty good experiences with GRU. Most recent was getting my gas turned off and then back on for tenting. Clay was great - knowledgeable, helpful, informative and even went over and beyond to triple check something with his supervisor for me and my family’s peace of mind.
I had a horrible experience with this company, Never use their services they are the Worst Repair service ever

GRU has once again butchered several trees on our property with the excuse to trim limbs back from power lines. Except they chopped trees down to sticks 10 feet below the power lines. Limbs that were growing into our yard and not up or out towards the lines cut right at the trunk. Now I have several trees that are just trunks or severed tree limbs sticking straight up.
