Boarderline Fraudulent!!!! They will not read your meter correctly, and then charge you for multiple months of use and charge you at higher usage tiers. Sometimes its not even a logical amount, how does it go from 0 two months in a row to 3x the usage on the third month. Have had to get them to adjust my bill on several different occasions. Scary a company incapable of billing is in charge of the electrical grid and the water system...

Bi weekly outages and what’s bad is it’s always around the time you are getting off and home from work and school If it’s going to rain harder than a shower head you will prob lose power they call it the swamp for a reason

Hey GRU, fix your website so we can pay our bills. This happens all the time with your antiquated system. I’m not paying a fee to use my debit card when you can take it from my account. And if flcu is the problem that is between your two. Very professional I must say for a multibillion dollar company to run so terribly. Still happening!
