I literally never been to Gainesville Fl and moved here 2 months ago. I paid them $443.16 last month and just received another bill this month for $503. I live in an apartment. I’m confused 🤔 what’s going on???? I heard how horrible this company is but this crazy
We had to call for an inspection shortly after moving into a new place because my boyfriend smelled gas in the kitchen. Randall came out the next morning and immediately found the issue with our range, as well as an improperly run exhaust line for the water heater and central air. Carbon monoxide could've built up in our bedroom for weeks and we never would've known. I have absolutely no complaints regarding GRU. The company has provided us with reliable, steady service. Also, they reimbursed our deposit in a timely fashion. I was so impressed because the credit appeared when I wasn't expecting it. One time we lost power in a weather related incident. GRU info told us when it would be restored and they were right on target, if not a little before. Diana Smith - NW Gainesville.
The worst. Overly expensive with electric bills running to $200 or more in the summer months. I mean one needs to make at least $70k or more a year to be able to afford the summer month bills; and their budget billing doesn't help because you end up being overcharged in the cooler months when the bill is actually lower.
