Our home was damaged by hail on 4/16/13 and we called Lee Cottongim of GRS Roofing, as he had replaced our roof from storm damage last year and we thought we trusted him. Big mistake! He says that he only works for the insurance award amount, on your behalf. If he was really working for us,the customer, than it wouldn't have been any problem for him to install the highest quality siding available for what Safeco, our insurance company was paying for.
