This team was amazing. They have exceptional customer service skills. I worked with Braden and Matt. They explain everything to you and take the time to make sure you understand. Very rarely do you get this type of Customer Service anymore? They came out to my house after water leaked behind the wall. They took extreme precaution, even sectioning off the area that they are working on with plastic to protect the client in case of mold spores. I would highly recommend this company. Very helpful and patient with questions and concerns dealing with spoilage and leaks under walls. They were very efficient and caused no excessive damage and were careful to preserve all that they reasonably can.
We found mold in our walls and contacted GRS Pros for an assessment. They came in, removed the damaged baseboards, insulation and drywall and treated the area with chemicals. Then repaired everything as if we never had a problem. They are very knowledgeable and professional in the work that was done for us. We would definitely contact them again for any future project
GRS Pros did a great job on our kitchen. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cabinetry (solid maple) and drama free install. They did a great artistic rendering that made it super easy to visualize and make decisions. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I love the new kitchen.
