No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Would you recommend this counselor to others? Yes Did this counselor show genuine concern for your situation? Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was never interrupted while I was talking with them. They made sure I was able to talk about my situation without interference. I thought it was nice that they supplied a good quality chair for me to sit in during our session. I was comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
