My son providers sent over a referral and the scheduling process was very unprofessional and ridiculous. Call the office to schedule and they had no available appointments. When trying to reschedule for something available was sent multiple texts no phone call just back-and-forth texting and still had no available appointments for any days then one appointment was scheduled they would Come back and say the appointment is no longer available. Never seen the provider due to unable to schedule appointment.

One of the things I appreciate most about my provider is that I feel heard. She listens with compassion, asks thoughtful questions, and approaches care without judgment. Her authenticity makes it easy to be honest about what I'm experiencing, and I always leave feeling supported. Finding a provider who looks like me who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring is rare, and I am thankful to be under her care.

We went to see Tiffany from a referral from a friend. It was our initial visit. My daughter had to change providers as her provider suddenly became ill and changing providers brought on a lot of anxiety for her. However, Tiffany spent a great deal of time with us. She asked a lot of questions and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She didn’t fax my medical records for Social Security and as a result, I was denied. She didn’t write a letter for an accommodation I needed even though she said she would. She was frequently late to my appointments so that she could continue to help other patients. I know that she’s a great practitioner for everyone else, but she let me down in a big way and I just want people to be aware of how she can operate with some people:
