RecommendedHats off to Growth and Wellness Pediatrics who again today demonstrated respect, understanding, kindness, efficiency, and patient-centered care. I’ve been bringing my three kids here for over three years. We always feel welcomed by Tara’s friendliness at the front and feel heard by Dr. Warner, who is empathetic and professional. My kids (ages 9-14) say Dr. Warner is their favorite doc ever- quite an endorsement from a teen!
The office's receptionist unfortunately needs some training regarding basic etiquette and professional behavior, and was very belligerent and rude. The office is not easy to locate, and the practice should improve signage or do something else to improve visibility. Finally, the doctor was flippant and preoccupied with my son, and seemed to congratulate herself when she diagnosed an ear infection. Dr. Warner and her staff are the best!!! It is old school Pediatrics where they take a sincere interest in both your children and family. I feel truly supported as a parent and Mom being part of Dr. Warner's community.
