I dropped in and had some batteries replaced in 2 watches. A small fee extra and I was taking care of immediately. Excellent service and the owner is so personable and very attentive to your needs. She also check the gold of my ring left to me by my late father at no cost. I would definitely refer them to everyone. Wonderful to have a hometown jeweler
WOW!! I went to DJP Jewelry today to get a bracelet fixed and was so impressed. Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend DJP.
Sadly the quality of the rings is not worth it. Was gifted a ring in December, it needed resizing (took approx 3 weeks) and received in late January. Now, by March, a diamond has already fallen out. No warranty, quoted 3 weeks for the repair and approx $160 for a replacement side stone (lab created chip diamond). The ring cost $850 total so at almost 20% the cost of the ring I don’t know how to justify that repair cost. So disappointed and unsatisfied.
